Controller and Its Email

Messages sent to contact@sazka-recenze.cz go to the controller of personal data. This role is performed by the operator of sazka-recenze.cz. Contact it with any query on the processing of data, and also whenever you want to exercise your rights.

Which Personal Data the Website Processes

First, what this website does not process: data connected with gambling, identity verification or payment transactions, and data of Sazka Hry players. On sazka-recenze.cz, personal data are processed strictly to the extent necessary, for two reasons:

  1. Running, securing and analysing the website. This relies on technical data (IP address, moment of access, URLs viewed, kind of device, browser and operating system) and on the cookies described in the Cookies section.
  2. Answering your enquiry. If you write to contact@sazka-recenze.cz, we process the data contained in the message: the sender address, the text itself and a signature if you add one.

Whom We Share Data With

Sharing of personal data is limited to cases where running the website or providing analytical services requires it. Data may therefore reach:

  • companies providing hosting and CDN services, responsible for the operation, availability and security of the website;
  • web analytics providers, which turn the data into traffic statistics used to optimise the website.

The names of these providers are disclosed only if they are publicly identifiable on the website itself. Data are not provided to unverified entities or to third parties lacking a legal basis.

Data and Third Countries

A third country means a state outside the EU and the EEA. Data are transferred there if we use an analytics tool from a provider that is established neither in the European Union nor in the European Economic Area. Such a transfer is then governed by standard contractual clauses under Art. 46 GDPR, which secure an appropriate level of protection for personal data. Without a service outside the EU/EEA, no such transfer occurs.

Your Rights Article by Article

  • Art. 15 GDPR, access: you can find out which of your personal data we process.
  • Art. 16 GDPR, rectification: data that are not accurate can be corrected.
  • Art. 17 GDPR, erasure: data can be deleted (“right to be forgotten”) where the conditions of that article are met.
  • Art. 18 GDPR, restriction: you can ask for processing to be restricted.
  • Art. 20 GDPR, portability: applies to data processed by automated means on the basis of consent or a contract.
  • Art. 21 GDPR, objection: you can object to processing that rests on legitimate interest.
  • Withdrawal of consent: possible wherever consent is the legal basis; processing before the withdrawal remains lawful.

These rights derive from the GDPR and Act No. 110/2019 Coll.

Reply to Your Request

Within 30 days of receipt, and sooner where possible, because the controller must act without undue delay: that is the period in which we answer requests sent to contact@sazka-recenze.cz. Only the complexity of a request or a higher number of requests can extend it, by a further two months. We will inform you of that too.

Supervision of Personal Data Protection

Compliance with personal data protection rules in the Czech Republic is overseen by the Office for Personal Data Protection. Should you feel that processing your data has led to a breach of the law, you may complain to it.

Technical and Organisational Safeguards

To prevent unauthorised persons from reaching personal data and to prevent misuse, the controller regularly reviews its security configuration and adopts measures that minimise these risks. Access to the data is protected by technical and organisational measures reflecting the current state of the art, and the transfer of data between the user's device and the server is secured by HTTPS/TLS.

Development of This Policy

Data protection law develops over time, and the way in which the website processes data may also change. In either case, this policy may be updated. The controller informs about significant changes on the website and recommends that you check its wording on a regular basis.
